Our goal for 2022

We aim to build on the positive results and new ideas of 2021 to move the company forward. We see 2022 as a turning point in our mission to empower the world with innovative solutions.

What we achieved in 2021

Despite a difficult environment, 2021 was a year of significant progress:

• We implemented two innovations: an e-learning platform and Shiriki, scheduled for launch.
• We expanded our services, including software solutions, digital marketing, training, ICT supplies, ICT consultancy, and research and data analysis.
• Through our CSR programme, 1,229 young people received hands-on training in web design and digital opportunities such as transcription.
• We connected 11 young people to direct employment and internship opportunities.
• Our revenue grew by 60% compared with 2019, thanks to a larger client base and new partnerships.

Our plans for 2022

• Launch Eujim Academy, a hands-on training centre, and improve our existing courses.
• Help our trainees find employment.
• Grow our teams to bring in fresh ideas.
• Train over 11,000 young people through our CSR policy.
• Create a better working environment that supports our staff's personal development.
• Uphold our values of integrity and excellent results.
• Partner with innovators to implement at least three new innovations.
